Solutions InStead is an independent HR consultancy based in Accrington, Lancashire and owned by Simon Stead (MCIPD)
Simon graduated from the University of Liverpool with a degree in Economic History in 1988.
He graduated and became a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) in 1992.
Occupational qualifications include:
- Level A and B Occupational and Psychometric testing
- Investors in People advisor
- NVQ 5 Operational Management
- Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)
- Advanced certificate in Marketing
- OCR qualified workplace mediator
Simon has worked in large manufacturing organisations in the North West. Before setting up his own business was European HR Leader for a division of GE Aviation and prior to this he was the HR Director for Hollands Pies, part of Northern Foods.
